My goal is to help you achieve your best possible fitness. I do this by giving you access to supplementation recommendations, nutrition plans, exercise plans, advice on recovery tools, and the option of blood tests to assess any deficiencies. I often find that the athletes who come to see me are missing out on at least one of the previosuly mentioned factors. The truth is that optimizing all of these factors is crucial for your best fitness.

Immersed in the world of fitness, sports, and overall well-being throughout my life, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from The University of Toronto. This academic foundation imrpoved my understanding of the science, but it's my passion for the intricacies of human movement, fitness, and physical activity that allows me to elevate your fitness experience.
